Green point is surrounded by the Myall Lakes which are calm enough for water sports such as kayaking or surf skiing and there is excellent fishing from rocks for whiting, bream and flathead.
Green Point Get-A-Way offers a large grassed backyard, ideal for little children and perfect for outdoor entertaining with the large timber setting and BBQ. The house is large with spacious dining room and lounge room plus rumpus room. The house has lake glimpses and extensive bush land views from the large verandah ideal for lazy afternoons or cocktails to watch the sun go down. Turn right (3rd exit) @ McDonalds onto The Lakes Way. Drive 8km south & turn right inot Green Point Drive. Continue 2.3km & turn right into Campbell Avanue. Continue 90m & turn left into Emerald Place. Green Point Get-A-Way is the house on your right.
