The Activ8 Group Fitness Key
Green (High intensity, advanced - Go hard, go home!) - high intensity, for advanced and intermediate people looking for a greater challenge.
Orange (moderate intensity & general population – "General health & fitness improvements") - medium intensity, general fitness / strength.
Red (low intensity and beginners – "Kick start, relaxation and recharge the batteries") - Low intensity for those finding there feet in fitness.

Congratulations to everyone in the Activ8 team that completed the Men's Health Urbanathlon.
